Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut broccoli and Brussels sprouts, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with 3 tbsp olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then roast for 20-25 minutes.
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, season with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
Mix mayo, ketchup, lemon juice, Tabasco, paprika, garlic powder, ground mustard, and salt in a bowl until smooth to make Comeback Sauce.
Assemble bowls by layering roasted vegetables and cooked beef, then drizzle with Comeback Sauce.
