Instructions
Cook jasmine rice in beef broth until tender, then fluff and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add sliced peppers and garlic; cook for 5 minutes.
Mix in cooked rice, soy sauce, Worcestershire, black pepper, paprika, and salt; cook for 2-3 minutes.
Spoon into bowls, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve.
