Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper, and brush with half of the barbecue sauce. Place on the sheet pan, spaced apart.
Mix potatoes, onion, zucchini, corn, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Arrange vegetables around chicken.
Bake for 50 minutes. Brush remaining barbecue sauce on chicken, bake for 5 more minutes until cooked through.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
