Ingredients

Flatbreads

  • 2 large Naan flatbreads (Oval shaped)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup BBQ Sauce (dark and glossy)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 0.5 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1.5 cups Rotisserie chicken (shredded)
  • 0.25 medium Red onion (sliced into rings)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Brush naan with olive oil and spread BBQ sauce evenly.
  • Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with red onion and cilantro, then slice and serve.

Notes

For extra smoky flavor, add a dash of smoked paprika to the chicken before assembling.
