A quick and flavorful flatbread pizza topped with smoky BBQ chicken, cheese, and fresh herbs, perfect for a casual meal.
Ingredients
Flatbreads

cooked chicken, shredded or diced

BBQ sauce, plus more for drizzling

shredded mozzarella cheese

shredded smoked Gouda or cheddar cheese

red onion, thinly sliced

fresh cilantro, chopped
to taste
jalapeño slices or red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss cooked chicken with BBQ sauce. Spread flatbreads on the sheet, add sauce, and top with chicken and cheeses.
Add red onion and optional jalapeños or red pepper flakes. Bake for 12–15 minutes until bubbly and crispy.
Remove from oven, drizzle with extra BBQ sauce, and sprinkle with cilantro. Slice and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced jalapeños before baking.
