A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread topped with smoky BBQ chicken, cheese, and fresh cilantro for a flavorful meal.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a rack in the middle.
Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until coated.
Place flatbread on a baking sheet, spread chicken mixture evenly, leaving border.
Sprinkle cheese and scatter red onion slices on top.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Rest 1-2 minutes, garnish with cilantro, then slice and serve.
Notes
