A quick and flavorful flatbread topped with BBQ chicken, cheese, and fresh herbs, perfect for a casual meal or appetizer.

flatbreads naan, store-bought flatbread, or pita bread

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
Toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce. Spread flatbreads on the sheet, add sauce, chicken, red onion, and garlic.
Top with shredded cheese and optional smoked gouda. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Remove from oven, let cool 2 minutes, then garnish with cilantro and scallions. Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle smoked gouda on top before baking.
