Instructions
Grill the chicken breasts over medium heat until cooked through, then shred.
Toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well-coated.
Mix shredded red and green cabbage with grated carrot.
Whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper; pour over cabbage mixture and toss.
Lay tortillas flat, add BBQ chicken and coleslaw, then roll up tightly.
Slice in half and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Notes
