Delicious and easy-to-make wraps combining smoky BBQ chicken with crunchy coleslaw, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts (grilled and shredded)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Vegetables

  • 1/2 small red cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/2 small green cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 carrot carrot (grated)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (sliced)

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Wraps

  • 4 large tortillas

Garnish

  • as needed Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Grill the chicken breasts over medium heat until cooked through, then shred.
  • Toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well-coated.
  • Mix shredded red and green cabbage with grated carrot.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper; pour over cabbage mixture and toss.
  • Lay tortillas flat, add BBQ chicken and coleslaw, then roll up tightly.
  • Slice in half and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or lime juice to the dressing.
