Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb beef flank steak or ribeye, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Vegetables

  • 1 avocado sliced avocado
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, or mozzarella)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the sliced beef until browned and cooked through.
  • Mix cooked beef with BBQ sauce and lime juice.
  • Spread the beef mixture onto each tortilla, then top with shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado slices, and shredded cheese.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  • Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

For a healthier option, use low-fat cheese and whole wheat tortillas.
