Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl until evenly combined.
In a separate bowl, mash bananas and mix in eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
Gently fold wet mixture into dry ingredients until just combined.
Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full; lightly spray liners if using.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18-22 minutes; test with a toothpick for doneness.
