Ingredients

Liquid

  • 1 cup whole milk or other milk

Dairy

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

Fruits

  • 1 piece banana
  • 2 cups sliced frozen peaches

Sweetener

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

Instructions 

  • To a high speed blender, add milk, yogurt, banana, peaches, and sweetener in the order listed.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, use frozen peaches and serve immediately.
