Enjoy these moist and flavorful banana oat donuts, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

mashed bananas

butter, melted & cooled

confectioners sugar

Instructions
Soak oats in milk for 5-10 minutes.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder; add mashed bananas, eggs, and melted butter. Combine with soaked oats.
Fill donut pans 3/4 full and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes or in a mini-donut maker for 6-7 minutes.
Allow donuts to cool on a wire rack.
Mix confectioners sugar with milk and oats to make glaze; drizzle over cooled donuts.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
