Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss chicken and vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Meanwhile, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic to make the glaze.
