A quick and flavorful seafood dish featuring succulent shrimp baked in a zesty garlic lemon butter sauce.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs extra large shrimp, (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic ((3 cloves))
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper Salt and pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes, (or to taste (optional))
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place shrimp in baking dish.
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add garlic and saute 30 seconds. Stir in lemon juice.
  • Pour butter mixture over shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat and spread evenly.
  • Bake until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 9-13 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread or rice to enjoy the flavorful sauce.
