Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon; heat until warm.
Stir in rice and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, beat eggs and then mix into the rice mixture. Pour into a baking dish.
Bake for 40-50 minutes until set and golden. Top with diced peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
