Ingredients

Fish

  • 4 fillets Tilapia (Fresh, firm fillets yield the best flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to personal preference)
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper (Freshly ground gives the best zest)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika (Use smoked paprika for deeper flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme (Fresh thyme recommended for stronger aroma)
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano (Fresh will make your dish pop)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (Opt for unsalted for better control over seasoning)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Freshly minced delivers the best results)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice (Always use freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest (A microplane is ideal for zesting)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (Optional; adjust to spice preference)

  • 2 slices Lemon Slices (Perfect for presentation)
