Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray four bowls and place on a baking sheet.
Add cottage cheese, eggs, oats, banana, maple syrup, and baking soda to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour batter into bowls, top with blueberries, pressing some in.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and firm. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
This cooling time helps achieve a custardy texture.
