Enjoy these healthy and delicious baked banana oat doughnuts, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

butter, melted & cooled

over ripe bananas
mashed bananas

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F or mini-donut maker.
Mix oats and milk; let soak 5-10 minutes.
Combine dry ingredients; make a well. Whisk in eggs, butter, then oats and milk to form batter.
Fill donut pans 3/4 full; bake 8-10 min or cook in maker 6-7 min.
Cool on wire rack; repeat with remaining batter.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
