Enjoy these healthy and delicious baked banana oat doughnuts, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder

Wet ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted & cooled (2 sticks)
  • 3 over ripe bananas mashed bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup quick cook oats
  • 2 eggs eggs

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F or mini-donut maker.
  • Mix oats and milk; let soak 5-10 minutes.
  • Combine dry ingredients; make a well. Whisk in eggs, butter, then oats and milk to form batter.
  • Fill donut pans 3/4 full; bake 8-10 min or cook in maker 6-7 min.
  • Cool on wire rack; repeat with remaining batter.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
