1cupcherry tomatoes, halved
0.5cupred onion, finely chopped

Instructions
Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side, then set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add cooked shrimp and salsa to the bowl and toss gently to combine.
Serve the salad over mixed greens if desired, garnished with additional cilantro.

For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp in lime juice and seasonings before cooking.
