Ingredients

Canned Tuna

  • 10 oz tuna in water, drained
  • 1 pcs ripe avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 3 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 medium tomato (thinly sliced)

Instructions 

  • Mash avocado with lemon juice until smooth, then add tuna, ranch, pepper, onion, and parsley; stir well.
  • Lay tortillas flat, then evenly distribute lettuce, tomato, and cheese on each.
  • Spread tuna mixture over fillings, fold sides, and roll tightly.
  • Slice wraps in half and serve immediately or wrap for portability.

Notes

For a creamier texture, mash avocado thoroughly and ensure tuna is well-drained.
