Instructions
Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar, seal, and shake vigorously.
In a large bowl, toss napa cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, scallions, cilantro, oranges, and peanuts.
Add shredded chicken on top, then pour dressing and toss to coat.
Top with wonton strips, garnish with cilantro and crushed peanuts, then serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust dressing seasoning to taste and serve immediately for best crunch.
