Instructions
Soak buckwheat in boiling water and cranberries and nuts in cold water for 20 minutes, then drain.
Preheat oven to 130°C (265°F) with fan or 150°C (300°F) without, and line a baking tray with non-stick paper.
Mix apple sauce, ground flax, oil, and maple syrup; let sit for 10 minutes.
Add oats, seeds, drained buckwheat, cranberries, nuts, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
Spread mixture on tray and bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring after 20 minutes.
Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
