Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fruits

  • 1 apple apple, peeled and diced
  • 2 apples diced apples

Topping & Syrup

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then combine with dry ingredients.
  • Gently fold in diced apples.
  • Cook batter on a heated griddle until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden.
  • Prepare apple topping by cooking apples, cinnamon, butter, and maple syrup until tender and syrupy.
  • Serve pancakes topped with apple syrup and additional maple syrup if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of nutmeg or serve with whipped cream.
