A warm and comforting oatmeal topped with sweet apples and fragrant cinnamon, perfect for a cozy breakfast.
Ingredients

Instructions
Melt butter in a small saucepan, stir in maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon. Add diced apples and sauté until slightly softened. Set aside.
Bring water, milk, and salt to a soft boil. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add oats and chia seeds, simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
Stir in vanilla and cinnamon, add half of the cooked apples, and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
Serve topped with remaining apples, cinnamon, and your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days. Reheat gently.
