Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Alternate adding dry mixture and apple cider to wet ingredients; mix gently.
Pour batter into pan, bake 35-40 mins until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool slightly, then coat with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar for a crunchy topping.
