1tablespooncornstarch
¼cupwater (cold)
¾cupmilk
¼cupheavy cream
1tablespoonsalted butter
½tablespoonapple cider vinegar
2ouncesVelveeta cheese
12ouncesGouda cheese (shredded)
¼cupParmesan cheese
⅛teaspooncayenne
⅛teaspoonblack pepper
⅛teaspoonnutmeg
¼teaspoongarlic powder

Instructions
Thread chicken cubes onto skewers and season with salt.
Cook skewers on grill or skillet until golden and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine apple cider, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, ginger, and cinnamon. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with cold water to make a slurry, then add to the cider mixture and cook until thickened.
Prepare Gouda sauce by melting Velveeta, Gouda, Parmesan, butter, cream, and vinegar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Serve chicken skewers with Gouda sauce drizzled on top.
