  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Apple topping

  • 2 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and diced

Instructions 

  • Preheat skillet to medium-high (275°F).
  • Mix milk and vinegar; let sit for a few minutes.
  • Combine dry ingredients; whisk to mix.
  • Add egg and oil to milk mixture; whisk well.
  • Pour wet into dry; stir gently. Cook pancakes 2-3 mins per side.
  • Cook apples with butter, sugar, cinnamon; add maple syrup. Serve over pancakes.
