To serve
coconut yoghurt or coconut ice cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix apples, blueberries, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a baking dish.
Combine nut meals, oats, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and nuts to make the topping until it clumps like oaty sand.
Spread the topping evenly over the fruit mixture and bake for 40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Serve warm with coconut yoghurt for breakfast or coconut ice cream for dessert.
