Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
Mix mashed bananas, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl.
Add almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt; stir until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips, then pour batter into pan and top with extra chips if desired.
Bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
