Ingredients

Bananas

  • 3 medium ripe bananas (about 400g)

Almond Flour

  • 2 cups almond flour (200g)

Eggs

  • 2 large eggs

Honey or Maple Syrup

  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup (120ml)

Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp baking soda

Salt

  • ¼ tsp salt

Cinnamon (optional)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas, then mix in eggs, honey, and salt.
  • Combine almond flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  • Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture; pour into pan.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes; cool before slicing.

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
