(about 8-10 large leaves)
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook 2 minutes until softened.
Add ground beef, cook 5-6 minutes until browned, then drain excess fat.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over beef, stir to coat, then add water and simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Wash and dry lettuce leaves while beef finishes cooking.
Serve beef in lettuce leaves for wraps, allowing each person to assemble.
