A simple and flavorful grilled salmon recipe with just five ingredients, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Instructions
Cut salmon into 6 portions and place in a baking dish.
Whisk soy sauce, mustard, garlic, and olive oil; spread over salmon, rest 10 minutes.
Preheat grill to 400°F, clean and oil grates.
Grill salmon skin side down for 4 minutes, flip, cook another 4 minutes.
Remove skin, brush with remaining marinade, garnish with parsley if desired.
