A simple and flavorful grilled salmon recipe with just five ingredients, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 3 lb side of salmon (skin on)
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tsp minced garlic (1 large clove)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil (plus more for brushing grill)
  • 1 Tbsp minced parsley (optional, for looks)

Instructions 

  • Cut salmon into 6 portions and place in a baking dish.
  • Whisk soy sauce, mustard, garlic, and olive oil; spread over salmon, rest 10 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to 400°F, clean and oil grates.
  • Grill salmon skin side down for 4 minutes, flip, cook another 4 minutes.
  • Remove skin, brush with remaining marinade, garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best flavor and texture.
