A quick and flavorful dish combining shrimp, broccoli, and noodles in a savory teriyaki sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 10 ounces Shrimp, peeled and deveined

Noodles

  • 6 ounces Dried Ramen Noodles (discard seasoning packets)

Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil (avocado or grapeseed preferred)

Vegetables

  • 10 ounces Broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Sauce

  • ¾ cup Teriyaki Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon White Sesame Seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  • Defrost and dry shrimp; season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Cook noodles in steaming water until al dente, 3-5 minutes; drain.
  • Saute broccoli in oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes, then add water, cover, and steam for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add shrimp to wok; cook until pink, 3-4 minutes. Pour in sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat, stir in noodles, and serve topped with sesame seeds.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of green onions or a squeeze of lime.
