Instructions
Defrost shrimp, pat dry, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cook noodles in steaming water until al dente, about 3-5 minutes, then drain.
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat, sauté broccoli until bright green, about 2 minutes.
Add water, cover, and steam broccoli for 1-2 minutes. Remove lid, add shrimp, and cook until pink, 3-4 minutes.
Pour teriyaki sauce into wok, simmer 1 minute, then stir in cooked noodles. Serve topped with sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
